Import Orders

Importing Contacts and Products are great, but importing orders is where the real benefit of BC2IS shows up.

BC2IS will automatically import order details into Infusionsoft for each new order placed on Bigcommerce.  Order data transferred from Bigcommerce to Infusionsoft includes:

• Customer
• Order Date
• Bigcommerce Order Id
• Shipping method and cost
• Handling fees
• Coupon code used and amount
• Discounts
• Store credit used
• Taxes
• Payment amount and method
• Product details for each product on the order:
  • Product name
  • Product price
  • Product quantity
