Import Contacts

As orders from new contacts are received on your Bigcommerce store, those contacts are automatically imported into Infusionsoft.  Data transferred from Bigcommerce to Infusionsoft include:

• Email
• First & Last Name
• Billing Address and Phone
• Shipping Address and Phone

You may optionally configure a “New Customer” and/or “Return Customer” ActionSet when customers are created.  You can use these ActionSets to:

• Initiate a follow up sequence
• Add customer tag(s)
• Send a “New Customer” welcome email or “Return Customer” welcome back email
• …or anything else that can be done from an ActionSet!
