When using Automated Collection Types in Shopify, this gives you the ability to trigger goals when products are purchased that have specific attributes, such as brand, product type, price, product tag.
Additionally, you can use the Manual Collection Type to group otherwise-unrelated products together in Shopify and trigger a collection goal in Infusionsoft. One example of a manual collections might be products that are sourced from a specific distributor that requires additional leadtime for delivery. This goal can then be used to notify the customer that the order will take longer than typical orders to be delivered.
